1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reability's mobile application, website, and physiotherapy services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reability Healthcare Private Limited ("Reability," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka.

2. Description of Services

Reability provides AI-powered physiotherapy services through multiple channels:

• Online Consultations: Video-based physiotherapy sessions available pan-India (45 minutes, ₹350-500)
• In-Home Visits: Physiotherapists visit your location in Bangalore (60 minutes, ₹700-1,000)
• Clinic Sessions: In-person treatment at our North Bangalore clinic (45-60 minutes, ₹500-1,200)

Our mobile app provides AI-powered assessments including gait analysis, form correction, and range of motion measurements, along with exercise tracking and progress monitoring.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account for Minors

Accounts for users under 18 years of age must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on behalf of the minor.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Booking

• Appointments can be booked through the app or website
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email and app notification
• Practitioner assignment is subject to availability

4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellation (within 24 hours): 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-show: Full session fee charged
• Rescheduling: Free if done 12+ hours in advance

4.3 Reability Cancellations

If we cancel an appointment due to practitioner unavailability or other reasons, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay
• Payment is required before or immediately after the session
• Invoices are available through the app

5.1 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refund eligibility is subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Medical Disclaimer

• Our physiotherapists are licensed professionals, but our AI assessments are for informational purposes only
• In case of emergency, contact local emergency services immediately
• Inform your practitioner of all medical conditions, medications, and allergies
• Follow exercise prescriptions as directed; discontinue if you experience unusual pain

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate health information for safe treatment
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with proper notice
• Follow treatment plans and safety guidelines
• Maintain a safe environment for home visits
• Use the app and website in accordance with applicable laws
• Not share account credentials with others
• Not misuse AI assessment features or provide false data

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and AI algorithms—are owned by Reability or its licensors and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Reability shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes or recovery timelines

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reability, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your:

• Use of our Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Provision of inaccurate information

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted access to the app or website
• Error-free operation of AI features
• Availability of specific practitioners
• Coverage in all geographic areas for home visits

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in abusive behavior toward staff
• Fail to make required payments

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@reability.in to attempt informal resolution within 30 days.

13.2 Consumer Grievances

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, complaints may be filed with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission based on the value of goods/services.

13.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including:

• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Information Technology Act, 2000

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
